AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the follow- ing described portion of alley intne City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State cif Washington, to-wit: That portion of the alley adjoining Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 32 of Block 735, Plat of Everett, not previously vacated. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the pri- vate property abutting upon the portion of street above described q have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett j praying for the vacation of said portion of street, and WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did, yy by resolution duly adopted, fix the 18th day of February, 1963 at 1 10: 00 A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination of the said petition, and 'S WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been .3 given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law, and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, objections to the vacating of the herein described portion of street were heard and discussed, and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said petition should be granted and said City Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described portion of said alley, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: • Section 1: That the portion of the alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: That portion of the alley adjoining Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 32 of Block 735, Plat of Everett, not previously vacated be, and the same is hereby vacated and the title to said portion of alley above described is hereby declared vested in the abutting property owners as provided by law.
