S. Highway 99 North (State <br /> Highway No. 1) and the west line of the street known as <br /> Rainier Avenue to an intersection with the north line of <br /> the street known as llth Street produced westerly in <br /> its present established direction; thence northeasterly <br /> along a line midway between the east marginal line of <br /> U. S . Highway 99 North (State Highway No. 1) and the <br /> north line of the street known as llth Street to an inter- <br /> section with the southerly projection of a line which <br /> bisects the block lying east of U. S . Highway 99 North <br /> (State Highway No. 1) and west of Locust Street; thence <br /> northeasterly along said line medway between U. S . Highway <br /> 99 North and the west marginal line of Locust Street to <br /> a point 90 ft. east of and at right angles to U. S. <br /> Highway 99 North; thence northeasterly along a line 90 <br /> feet easterly of and parallel to the east marginal line <br /> of U. S. Highway 99 North (State Highway No. 1) to an <br /> intersection with the west line of the plat of Hawthorne <br /> Heights Addition produced northwesterly in its platted <br /> direction; thence southeasterly to an intersection with <br /> a line which bisects the block between the east margin <br /> of U. S. Highway 99 North (State Highway No. 1) and the <br /> north marginal line of Butler St . in the plat of Hawthorne <br /> Heights Addition; thence northeasterly along said line <br /> midway between the east marginal line of U. S. Highway 99 <br /> North (State Highway No. 1) and the north marginal line <br /> of Butler Street to a point of intersection with a line <br /> 743 feet north of the north line of 7th Street and at <br /> right angles to U. S. Highway 99 North; thence north- <br /> westerly along said line to an intersection with a line <br /> 90 feet westerly of, measured at right angles to, the <br /> west marginal line of U. S .
