ORDINANCE NO. 3930. AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the follow- ing described portion of alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, to-wit: Portion of the alley lying between Lots 8, 9 and 10, and Lots 58, 59 and 6o, Block 9, Plat of Lowell, Division A. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the pri- vate property abutting upon the portion of street above described , have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett praying for the vacation of said portion of street, and WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did, by resolution duly adopted, fix the 16th day of January, 1963 at 10:00 A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination of the said petition, and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination ofsaid petition has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law, and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, objections to the vacating of the herein described portion of street were heard and discussed, and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said petition should be granted and said City Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described portion of said alley, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the portion of the alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomth, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: Portion of the alley lying between Lots 8, 9 and 10 and Lots 58, 59 and 60, Block 9, Plat of Lowell, Division A be, and the same is hereby vacated and the title to said portion of alley above described is hereby declared vested in the abutting property owners as provided by law. - ,� / , ,: MAYOR Attest: 1,/,' -,L. .r City C1:7:, rk Passed: Jan. 2() 1963.
