RCA Telelcom desires to enter into a lease agreement to install a non - <br />radio communications transmitter receiver and associated equipment at the site. <br />The initial lease agreement is for a term of one year, with six one-year options to <br />extend at a rate of $600 per month with an annual escalation of 5%. <br />Project summary statement: <br />The attached proposed lease agreement provides for the lease of equipment <br />space for a term of one years with six one-year options to extend at the Everett <br />Station rooftop. RCA Telecom will work in coordination with City Staff to <br />complete the equipment installation. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Communications Transmitter Receiver Site Lease <br />to RCA Telecom LLC at Everett Station. <br />
