J J <br /> RESOLUTION No. 6969 <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus and authorizing their <br /> disposition. <br /> Whereas, the City has a 2000 Sterling L-7501 Dump Truck(J0043) with Snow Plow (N0022) <br /> and Sander(N0004); and a 2000 Almar Sounder Boat with a 2000 EZ Loader EZW Trailer and <br /> 2000 Honda BF75A Outboard Motor(RESCUE-6, 6a and 6b) in its fleet; and <br /> Whereas, the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplusing or disposition <br /> of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas, based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a public auction is <br /> the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> Whereas, the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of the <br /> surplus property and has recommended surplusing the above-referenced vehicles and equipment <br /> by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett: <br /> The 2000 Sterling L-7501 Dump Truck (J0043) with Snow Plow(N0022) and Sander (N0004); <br /> and 2000 Almar Sounder Boat with a 2000 EZ Loader EZW Trailer and 2000 Honda BF75A <br /> Outboard Motor(RESCUE-6, 6a and 6b) are no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
