March 23, 2016 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., March 23, 2016, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Murphy presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members <br /> Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were <br /> present. <br /> Council Member Franklin led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 16, 2016, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Member Stonecipher abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Moore announced that the Council Budget and Finance <br /> Subcommittee is scheduled to meet on April 6, 2016, at 5:15 p.m. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at the Transportation <br /> Advisory Committee meeting last Thursday. He stated that Everett Transit <br /> is proposing some service changes and asked that council members be <br /> provided with materials. He encouraged citizens to review and comment <br /> on the proposed changes. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated she would follow up to ensure <br /> information is provided. <br /> Council Member Roberts also reported on his attendance at the Puget <br /> Sound Regional Council Transit-Oriented Development Advisory <br /> Committee meeting on Friday. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided a liaison report on her attendance at the <br /> Everett Historical Commission meeting held last evening. <br /> 94 <br />
