'141 <br /> I <br /> The regular Administrative Session of the <br /> City Council was held October 22n6,1913.at n:30 A.Y. <br />;..: with Mayor Otaisteneon 1n the Chair and all Cosmic- ..y <br /> stoners present at roll call <br /> On motion minutes were approved as of record <br /> Complaint of Mamie O'Hara was accepted and <br />[ placed on file ) <br /> Resolution No.2004-by Thompson °3 <br /> WHEREAS,Mamie O'Hara has heretofore filed ,E <br /> with the City Clerk a notice directed to the City Clerk <br /> stating that she objects to 1)quor dealers 1n the city <br /> of Everett Belling intoxicating liquor to her husband, <br /> Harry O'Hara;and, <br /> WIEREAS,said notice Se accompanied by an <br /> affidavit of the said Mamie O'Hara,and said affidavit <br /> shove that said Harry O'Hara Is now and has been for <br /> some time past an excessive user of intoxicating liquor; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council deems that the proof <br /> submitted Is sufficient to show that the said Harry <br /> O'Hara is an excessive user of intoxicating liquor; <br /> HOW THERHPORE,HE IT RESOLVED HY THE CITY COUN- <br /> CIL OP THE CITY OP EVERETT:That the City Clerk be, <br /> and he ie hereby instructed to notify each Beller of <br /> Intoxicating liquor in the city of Everett not to sell <br /> or give,or permit his employees to sell or give any <br /> intoxicating liquor t0 the laid Harry O'Hara,and after <br />• <br />
