The regular Administrative Session of the <br /> City Council was held July 23rd,1914,at 10:30 A.Y., <br /> with.Mayor Kelly in the Chair. <br /> Complaint of Yrs.0.E11inge0od sae accepted <br /> and filed <br /> Resolution No.212 • <br /> 6 <br /> WHEREAS,Ere.S.E11101wood has heretofore rued <br /> with the City Clerk a notice directed to the City Clerk <br /> stating that she objects to liquor dealers in the city <br /> of Everett selling intoxicating liquor to her eon, <br /> Charles Ellingwood::and, <br /> SEERESS,*aid notice is accompanied by an affi- <br /> davit <br /> ffi_davit Of the said Yrs.0.Elllhgwo00,and said affida- <br /> Cit shows that the Said Charles ellingwood le now and <br /> has been forcome time past an excessive user of 1n- <br /> toxicating liquor:and, ,Z <br /> WHEREAS,the City council deem.that the proof <br /> submitted Is sufficient to show that the said Charles <br /> Ellingwood is an excessive user of Intoxicating liquor; <br /> NOW THEREFORE.BE IT RESOLVES BY THE CITY 009N. <br /> CIL OF THE CITY 0y EVERETT: That the City Clerk be, <br /> and he is hereby instructed to notify each Seller of <br /> intoxicating liquor in the city of Everett not to sell <br /> or give,or permit his employees to sell or give,any <br /> frari <br /> intoxicating liquor to the said Charles ellingwo00, <br />
