Carried <br /> Moved by Clay,seconded by Salter,that the <br /> motion to elect a president be withdrawn. Carried <br /> Report of the City Attorney of the damages on the <br /> Everett Avenue rearede was laid over. <br /> Complaint of Yrs.J.McClure las accepted <br /> and filed. <br /> Resolution No.2133`x-by Salter <br /> WHEREAS,Yr,J.McClure Me heretofore filed <br /> with the City Clerk a notice directed to the City Clerk <br /> stating that elle objects to liquor dealers Sn the city <br /> of Everett selling intoxicating liquor to her nuahand, <br /> Jesse MDClure;and, <br /> WHEREAS,.Said notice is accompanied by a cora- <br /> plaint of the said Mrs.J.McClure,and said complaint <br />•• enose that the said Jesse McClure Is an exceeelve user <br /> of intoxicating liquor;and. <br /> VHEREAS,the City Counoll deems that the proof <br /> submitted Is enIf:clent to show that the sail Jesse <br />• McClure ie an eceeeire user of Ltoxicating liquor;now <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OM THS <br /> CITY 00 euaiovT: <br />
