46i <br /> The regular Administrative session of j <br /> the City Council,was held Sept-21st.1914,at 10:30 <br /> A.Y.with Mayor Clay 1n the Chair and Commissioners <br /> Clay,Kelly and Salter present at roll call. <br /> On motion minutes were approved as of <br /> 1. record. <br /> YOVed by Kelly and seconded by Salter 04 <br /> that the complaint of Mrs.Anna LaGrange be accepted <br /> and filed•. <br /> Resolution No.2152.-by anelly <br /> WHEREAS,Mrs.Anna LaGrange has hereto- <br /> fore filed with the City Clerk a notice directed to the .} <br /> City Clerk skating that she objects to liquor dealers in <br /> the city of Everett selling intoxicating liquor to her <br /> hueband,Oscar LaGrange,and, <br /> WHEREAS,said notice 10 accompanied by <br /> a omplaing of the said Mrs.Anna LaGrange,and said <br /> complaint shows that the said Oscar LaGrange is an <br /> excessive user of Intoxicating liquor;and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council deems that the <br /> proof Is suffioient to show that the:.sald,Oacer LaGrange <br /> le an excessive veer of intoxicating liquor;now there- <br /> fore, <br /> HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY 02 EVERETT,that the city clerk be,and be is here- <br /> by instructed to notify each seller of Intoxicating liquor <br /> in the city of Everett not to sell or give,or permit Ile - <br /> employees to sell,,or give,any intoxicating liquor to the <br />
