The regular Adminletratlre Session of <br /> the City Council was held October 13,1914,at 10:30 A.M.. <br /> with Mayor Clay In the Chair and enmmisslonere Clay and <br /> Kelly present at roll call. <br /> On motion miluttee were approved as of record.. <br /> No protests received against aseeasment and <br /> assessment rolls In L.I.D..s Kae.301 0110 303. <br /> Moved By Clay and seconded by Kelly that the <br /> City of Everett pay the Everett Improvement Company all <br /> general tares up to and including 1913 on Lots 22 and <br /> 23,Elocx 372,Plat of Everett,amounting to one hundred <br /> sixty-three and 55/100(163.55)dollars. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Moved by Kelly and seconded by Clay that the <br /> Commieeloner of Public Works be,and he 1e hereby in- <br /> etructed to advertise for bide for the improvement of the <br /> alley between Wetmore Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue from. <br /> Beeltt Avenue to a point 150 feet north of the north line <br /> of Hewitt Avenue,in accordance with Ordinance Eo.1613 <br /> Creating L.I.D.Si.304,hide to be received up to 10:00 <br /> A.M.October 21,1914. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> On motion Council adjourned at 10:40 A.M. <br /> City Clerk <br />
