The regular Administrative Session <br /> of the City Council was held Tanuary 15.1915.at 10: <br /> 30 A.E. with Mayor Clay in the Chair and Commissioners <br /> Clay,Kelly and Salter present at roll call. <br /> 34. On motion minutes were approved as of <br /> record. <br /> Resolution#2203-Oy Selly <br /> WHEREAS',His.Elias B.Smith,has hereto <br /> fore filed with the City Clerk a notice stating that she <br /> objects, to liquor dealers in the city of Everettselling <br /> intoxicating liquor to her husband,Elias B.Smith;and <br /> WHEREAS,said coapaaint shows that the said <br /> Eller B.Smith Is an excessive user of intoxicating liquor: <br /> and <br /> wHESEAS,the City Council deems that the <br /> proof submitted is sufficient to show that the said Elias <br /> P <br /> B.Smith Is en excessive neer Cr intoxicating liquor;now, <br />�x therefore, <br /> Be IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY co000eL 0E THE <br /> CITY CC EVERETT,that the City Clerk be,and he is here <br /> F." - by Instructed to notify each seller of Intoxicating liq- <br /> er In the City of Everett not to sell or give,or permit <br /> • his employees to sell or give,any intoxicating liquor to <br /> the said Elias B.Smith and after receiving said notice it <br /> shall De unlawful fir any dealer in intoxicating liquor,or <br /> C,,amployee of such dealer,to sell or give.any Sntoxi- <br />��' eating liquor to the said Elias B.Smith. <br /> Carried unanimously <br />
