On motion minutes approved as of record. £tltltl <br /> Resolution#2220-by Kelly <br /> WHEREAS,the Postal Telegraph and Cable Com- <br /> pan nae heretofore filed with the city of Everett an appli- <br /> cation to erect,maintain and use on certain alleys in the <br /> city of Everett,telegraph poles and telegraph line,and <br /> MIBREAe,said company has heretofore filed <br /> with said city a diagram showing the proposed location of <br /> said telegraph poles and telegraph lines. - 33 <br /> NOW THEREFORE,OM IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVEHETT,That permission 1s hereby <br />(..,. granted to the Postal Telegraph and Cable co.to erect, <br /> maintain and use upon those Certain streets and alleys in <br /> the city of Everett,as shown by Sail diagram,telegraphs <br /> poles and telegraph lines,upon condition that said.company <br /> in the erection,maintenance and use of said telegraph poles <br /> and telegraph lines,comply with all ordinances now in effect <br /> or which may hereafter be passed relating to the regulatlen <br /> of the erection,maintenance of use of telegraph poles and <br /> telegraph lines upon the public streets,alleys or:other <br /> public places within the city of Everett. <br /> Carried unanimously <br />
