The regular Administrative Session of the <br /> City Council was held March 30th.1915.at 10:30 A.Y. <br /> { with Mayor Clay 1n the Chair and Cosmaseioners-Clay. <br /> Belly and Salter present at roll call. <br /> On motion minutes approved as of record. <br /> oval by Salter.seconded by Clay that the <br /> Everett Railway Light&Vater Company be granted per- <br /> mit to erect three poles on east side of alley between <br /> Rainier and McDougall Streets from 1100 St.north. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Moved by Belly,seconded by Clay tnat app11 <br /> cation of C.S.Dotes for policeman be accepted and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Clay&Kelly for,Salter against. <br /> Moved by Clay that Commissioner of Public <br /> Yorke be Instructed to lower drainage box at 38th k <br /> Broadway 1n order to drain the le0roe property. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Date of hearing on 1.I.D.#304.no one <br /> appeared to protest against saws. <br /> On motion Council adjourned at 11:25 A.M. <br />
