4101 <br /> Tile'regular Administrative Session of <br /> note City Council was held April 27.1915.at 1 30 A.E,. <br /> with Mayor Clay in the Chair and COWmisal0ners Clay,Kelly, <br /> and Salter present at roll call. <br /> On motion minutes approved as of record. <br /> Complaint of Ere.H.D.Sartor accepted and <br /> filed. <br /> Resolution No.2235-by Kelly <br /> WHEREAS,lire,A.D.Sartor has heretofore <br /> filed with the City Clerk a notice directed to the City <br /> Council stating that she objects to liquor dealers in the <br /> city of Everett selling Intoxicating liquor to her eon, <br /> Fred D.Sartor:and <br /> WHEREAS,said notice shows that the said Frdd <br /> D.Carter is an excessive user of Intoxicating liquor:and <br /> WAEREAS,the City Council deems that the proof <br /> submitted Is sufficient to show that the said Fred D.Sartor <br /> is an excessive user of Intoxicating liquor:now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RFAOLFED BY TAE CITY CODRCIL OH THE CITY <br /> OF 00005TT,that the Clty clerk be,and ne 1s hereby Instructed <br /> to notify each eeller.of intoxicating liquor in the city of <br /> Everettnot to sell or give or permit his employees to sell <br /> or give,aty intoxicating liquor to the said Fred D.Sartor, <br /> and after receiving Said not1Ce it shall be unlawful for any • <br /> dealer in intoxicating liquor,or any employee of such deal- <br /> n,to sell or give any intoxicating liquor to the said Fred . <br /> D.
