The regular Adminietrative Session of the <br /> City Council was held Nay 11,1915,at 10:50 A.M.with <br /> Mayor Clay in the Chair and Commissioners Clay,Kelly <br /> and Salter present at roll call. <br />'. on motion minutes approvedaeof record. <br /> Move9 by Salter,seconded Dy Kelly,that the <br /> report of the City Engineer au to proposed Sewer improve <br /> ment Block 397 St.Nlehelae Addition be accepted and the <br /> 4104 <br /> City Attorney be instructed to prepare an ordinance pro- <br /> viding for said improvement. <br /> carried unanimously <br /> Moved by Kelly,seconded by Salter that re- <br /> port of City Engineer on the petition for the vacation <br /> f 54th:Street from Norton to Grand Avenue,etc.,be <br />,.. accepted. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Resolution No.2241 by Kelly <br /> WHFREAS a petition has been filed with the <br /> City Clerk of the city of Everett,requesting the city <br /> council of said city to vacate the following described <br /> portion of Thirty-fourth Street in the city of Everett, <br /> Snohomish County,to-wit: <br /> ^TMt portion of Thirty-fourth street lying <br /> between Norton and Grand Avenues,excepting a twelve(12) <br /> foot roadway as shown upon a plat attached to petition; <br /> and <br /> 4t, Also that portion of the alley between Norton <br /> and Grand Avenues commencing 150 feet north of the north <br /> 6�' line of Thirty-fourth Street as now platted,thence south <br />
