The regular Adminietrative Session ofthe <br /> .City Council Was veld August 17.1915.at 10:30 A.M. <br /> with Mayor Clay in the Chair and Co®Ieeioners Clay,Kelly <br /> and Salter present at roll Call. <br /> On motion minutes approved as of record. <br /> Resolution No.2263-by Kelly <br /> WHEREAS,am.Carrie Tonneon,has hereto- <br /> for Bled with the City Clerk a notice stating that she <br /> objects to liquor dealers In the city of Everett Belli <br /> inthxiaatdng liquor to her husband.J.A.Johnson,a. <br /> WHEREAS,said notice ehowe that the said <br /> ' J.A.Johnson is an excessive user of Intoxicating liquor; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,The City Council deems that the <br /> proof submitted Ce sufficient to show that the said J.A. <br /> Johnson is an excessive user of Intoxicating liquor;now, <br /> therefore, 411.4 <br /> EE IT RESOLVED HY THE CITY COUNCIL 0y TEE <br /> CITY 0E EVE1ETT.that the City Clerk be,and be is hereby <br /> instructed to notify each seller of intoxicating liquor in <br /> the city or arerett not to sell or give,or permit his em- <br /> ployees to sell or glve,any intoxicating liquor to the said <br /> T.A.Johnson and atter receiving said notice it snail be un- <br /> lasful rot any dealer in Intoxicating liquor,or ah'employ- <br /> eeof such dealer,to sell or give any intoxicating liquor <br /> to the said J.A.Johnson. <br /> Carried unanimously <br />
