End:Upon the completion of the construction of said pipe line said streets shall be placed in as good condition for travel as they were before sail pipe line was constructed. 3rd:In the event that said street or streets are graded,or Improved,and such grading,regrading or Improvement of said street necessitates the changing or 1 removal of said pipe line fromsaid streets,the said company shall,upon notice from said city,change or -xA remove',ea11 pipe line at Ito own cost and expense. 4th:The said company shad save the city of Everett.harmless from any and all damages or suits Butter- ed or brought by any person or persona by reason of the Sconstruction,operation or malntenence of wait pipe 1105, under said permit., . 5th:In the event that the city council of the city of Everett shall at any time determine that the maintenance or operation f said pipe line under said per- mit interferes with the of said street,or endangers travel on said street,or that public necessity for any reason requires the removal of said pipe line,Balt c0un- '-,i all shell have the right to terminate this permit,and I said company shall,within sixty(60)days after notice from the city council,remove said pipe line from said etreet9. 6th:During the continuance of this permit the city council of the city or Everett shall have the right to make such further regulations orrequirementsIn re- gard to said pipe line as it may deem necessary ore- slrable.
