'j <br /> Moved by Clay,seconded by Salter Shat <br /> the report of the Supt.of Parke for the month of July, <br /> ' 1915,be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Moved by Kelly,aeconded.by Salter that <br /> repprt or Clerk or Police Court or arrests for the month <br /> of August,1915,be accepted and placed on file,and that <br /> the report of nitneeeee'and witness fees due for the month <br /> of August,1915,be accepted and theemanate ordered paid. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Moved by Kelly,eeconded by molter that the <br /> City Attorney be Snstruotel to prepare an amendment to the <br /> City charter for eubmission to the voters of the City on <br /> Movember 2nd providing for the filling of vacancies <br /> createl by recall proceedings. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Moved by Clay,seconded by Kelly that the <br /> City Engineer be Instructed to repeat a sever easement <br /> across Lots 1-2-3-26 and 27,Block 725. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> On motion Council adjourned at11:25 A.M. <br /> City clerk <br />
