g 841 <br /> The regular Administrative Session of the <br /> City Council was held September 28,1915,at 10:30 <br /> f - A.M.with Mayor Clay In the Chair and Commission <br />{ era Clay,Kelly and Salter present at roll call. <br /> On motion minutes approved as of record. <br /> Resolution So.2281-by Kelly <br /> WHEREAS,Inaccordance with the laws of the <br /> state of Washington,the c29t or Everett duly passed <br /> Ordinance Eo,1663,In the 29th day a June,1915 and a <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> in pursuance with the provisions <br /> of said ordinance and.in accordance withlaw,a spec- <br /> ial election was held at the varioua votAng precincts <br /> within the city of Everett on the 24th day of August, <br /> 1915,for the purpose of submitting the sail ordinance <br /> and the proposition contained therein for the rati- <br /> fication or rejection by the qualified voters of the <br /> city of Everett,and <br /> WHEREAS,at said election held on the 24th <br /> day of August,1915,the qualified voters or the city <br /> of Everett ratified and confirmed said ordinance and <br /> the said proposition Contained therein by more than a <br /> majordty vote of those voting,ant <br /> WHEREAS,the city Council of saki city of <br /> Everett believes that 1t 1s for the best interests of <br /> the city of Everett to purchase the water system now <br /> used for the purpose of supplying the city of Everett <br /> and the inhabitants thereof with water,Including the <br /> lands,water,water rights,reservoirs,pipes,pampa. <br /> motors,boiler.,buildings,structures,machinery, <br />
