The regular Administrative Session of the <br /> City Council was held November 11,1915,at 10:30 A.N. <br /> with Mayor Clay in the Chair and Commissioners Clay,Kelly <br /> and Salter present at roll call. <br /> iY On motion minute.approved as of record. <br /> Nolen by Kelly,seconded by Salter,that <br /> permission be granted the Union Trust company and Everett <br /> Building Company to Improve with concrete pavement the <br /> alley in Block 669 from Hewitt Avenue to a point 120 feet <br /> norththereof and that said improvement be made In accord- <br /> encs with plane and apeclfloatlone prepared by the City <br /> Engineer and now on file In nis office,said improvement <br /> to be made under the supervision of the Commissioner of <br /> Public Yorke. <br /> carried unanimously <br /> Moved by Salter,seconded by Kelly that <br /> bill of Steve Adams for 020.31 be allowed and ordered <br /> Paid. <br /> Carried unanimously, <br /> A petition protesting against the alleged <br /> '1100101"00 the 35th precinct election board was present- <br /> ed to the Council.No formal action was taken other than <br /> to instruct the City Clerk to see.what can be done in the <br /> nay of straightening up the matter. <br /> On motion Council adjourned at 11:10 A.M. <br /> T///JJJ�A <br /> 1Y e�� <br />
