The regular Administrative Session of <br /> the City Council was held November 12,1915.at 10:30 <br /> A.M.with Mayor Clay in the Chair and Commleeionere <br /> Clay,Kelly and salter present at roll call. <br /> On motion minutes approved ae or re- <br /> cord. <br /> This being the day fixed for the hear- <br /> g. <br /> ear- <br /> ing on the assessment rolls or local Improvement DIs- <br /> trlete Noe..306 ane 307,the City Clerk stated that <br /> no objection or objections had been filed by any per- <br /> son or persona to said aseesement rolls and the Mayor <br /> asked if there was any pereon present who lesired to <br /> object to said assessment rolls and it appearing thlt <br /> no objection or objections of any kind were filed against <br /> .ala assessment roll.and that there was no pares pros- <br /> ent who objected to said roll and the City Council having <br /> examined said assessment rolls and no member of the C un <br /> 011 having any objections thereto or desiring to change <br /> said assessment rolls in any way.en motion made 57 Clay. <br /> seconded by Salter,the City Attorney was instructed to <br /> Prepare an ordinance confirming and approving said assesm- <br /> ment rolls. <br /> Curled unanimously <br />• Moved by Kelly,seconded by Salter that <br /> the report of the Sire Chieffor the month of October, <br /> 1915,be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Curled unanimously <br />
