On motion minutes approved as of record, <br /> Moved by Clay,seconded by Kelly,that bill "3 <br /> of W.E.Anderson for$63.26 labor on streets be allowed <br /> and ordered paid, <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Moved by Kelly,seconded by Clay,that the <br /> report Or Employment Agent,welghmeeter and report of <br /> Oil and gasoline supplied from Station during month <br /> of January,1916,be accepted and placed on Iile. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> This being the lay fixed for the hearing on <br /> the assessment roll of Local Improvement District 00.309 <br /> the City Clerk skated that no objection or objections tab <br /> been riled by any person or persons to said aesesement roll <br /> TyS and the Mayor asked 1f there was any person present who <br /> desired to object to said assessment roll and it appearing <br /> that no objection or objeCtlons of any kind were filed <br /> against Said aeaeeement roll andthatthere was no person <br /> present who Objected to sale roll and the City Council <br /> having examined said assessment roll and no member of the <br /> Council having any objection thereto or desiring to change <br /> said aeaesement roll In any war,on action mate by Kelly,. <br /> seconded by Clay,the City Attorney was Instructed to pre <br /> Para an ordinance confirming and approving said assesement <br /> roll. <br /> On eovion Council adjourned at 10:50 A.M. <br /> Odt - <br />
