Moved by Kelly,seconded by Clay that the bid of M.J.Templeton of$1578.00 being the lowest and beet bid for the proposed Improvement of 19th Street, (L.I.O.$316)be accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorised to enter Into a connect with maid oontreotor for the performance of said Smprote- sent and the letter's filing a eatlefaatory bond with the City. Carried unanimously Resolution co.a351-by Kelly BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVEREST:That it is the intention of the City Coon- all to order the improvement of Cedar Street,Hewitt Avenue to the north line of PeCifia Avenue with a 30 foot concrete pavement,8 foot cement sidewalks,curbs and gutters and from the north line of Pacific Avenue to a point 150 feet south of the eauth line of 32nd Street with an 18 foot Con- crete pavement,6 foot cement eldewalke,cement curbs and plank gutters and from a point 150 feet south of 32nd St. to 33rd Street by the grading of a center roadway SO feet wide with proper drainage,sidewalks to be placed at curb 1 • line from Hewitt Avenue to 150 feet mouth of Sand Street, and doing ouch other work es may be necessary in connection. therewith:all in aecordKnoe with plane to be prepared by the City Engineer.
