19s; <br /> The regular Administrative Seesion of the <br /> City Canned was held Apriiilth,1919 at 10:30 A.M.with <br /> Mayor Mer:dll in the Chair and Cemmiesioners Merrill, <br /> Kelly and Clay prisent at roil pall. <br /> On motion minutes approved ae of record. <br /> Resolution No.3011-by Nelly. <br /> BE IT RESOtVEl HY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT:That is is the intention of the City <br /> Council toorder the Improvement Of High Street from <br /> Franklin Street to Forty-firet Street b1 removal of old <br /> lumber,grading to proper grade,construction of wanks, <br /> ourbs and guttere,installation of necessary drainage <br /> and hydrants and doing ouch other work as may beneoeea <br /> cry in connection therewith all in accordance with plans <br /> to be prepared by the City Engineer. <br /> 2.That all pereons who may desire to object <br /> thereto are hereby notified to appear and present euch <br /> objeotlone at a meeting of the City Council to be held <br /> in the Council Chamber in the city of Everett at 10:30 <br /> o'clock A.M.an the 7th nay of May,1919,which time and <br /> place is hereby fixes for hearing all matters relating <br /> to a-la proposed improvement and all objeotlone thereto <br /> and for determining the method of payment for the improve- <br /> ment. <br /> 3,Tbat the Commlesioner of Public Works shall <br /> submit to the 91ty 9ouncil at or prior to date all data <br /> and information required bb law to be eubmltted. <br /> 4.That the coat and expense of said improve- <br /> ' sent shall be berne by and asseseed against the property <br /> liable therefor as provided by law. <br /> Carried. <br />
