BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF.CITY OF EVERETT: That the Mayor and City Clerk,be,and are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City,the duplicate originals of certain indenture in writing,hexa presented,con- sidered and approved,whereby the Chicago,Milwaukee&St.Paul Railway Company grant.unto said City permission and license to construct,lay down,and thereafter maintain,repair enc dee a quarter inch steel pipe for conducting water,to be laid below the rails of the Hallway Company's track and morose its right-of-way the city of Everett,County of Snohomish,State of Wash- ington,upon c ondit1one,and after such execution,and the execution therof by the Railway Company,to file one original thereof in the office of said city clerk and deliver the other li original thereof to the said Railway Company.
