On motion minutes approved as of rem0rd, Reaolutl0n Wo.3803-by Williams Where.,the City Treaeurer hap flied his reports with the City Clerk on.Local Improvement Districts 80'..304,899, 934,379,389 and 315 showing tyat there are oertain delinquent and unpaid tesepaments that have been delinquent and unpaid for a period of two years now therefore, BE:IT 0001700 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EVERETT; • That the City Clerk be,and he is hereby author- Seed and directed to issue awarrant of pale to the City Treasurer to sell the property d'eeoribed in the Assessment Roll of said Lo0a1 Improvement Distrlots on whhah there are delinquent and unpaid asseeements,said property to be sold in the manner provided by law, Carried Unanimously.
