BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EVERETT:_ That it Ss the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of Smith Avenue from Wall Street to its interseotlon with Paine Street and Payne Street from ite intersection with Smith Ave- nue to 32nd St.and 32nd Bt.from Payne it.to Smith Avenue and Smith Avenue from 38nd it.to the north line of 34th Bt.by clearing,grup0ing grading to proper grade removal of old lumber,oonatruetion rt 8 inch concrete paving 18 feet wide,installation of neoeesary drainage and doing all other work neoeesary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement all in accordance with plane to be prepared by the City Engineer. 2:That all persona who may deeire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present euoh objections at a meeting ofil. the City Connell to be held in the COuno11 Chamber in the City of Everett at 10:30 A.M.on the 1st day of Maroh,1021,which time and place is hereby fixed as the time for hearing all matter.relating to maid proposed improvement and all objections thereto end for determining the method of payment for the improvement.
