7o That it 1a the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of Howard Street from Rueter Avenue to High Street - and High Street from the junction of Franklin Street with High Street 1 economy to the south line of abet Street by removal of old lumber, clearing,grubbing,grading to proper grade,000etru0tlon Of 0anerete elate end installation of neoeesarydrainage,and doing all ether wort neeeeeary in connection therewith,all in e0cordanee with plane to be prepared by thCity Engineer. 2:Thet all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and praeent such objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City of Everett on the let day of April,1021 at 10:30 o'clock A.M.which time and plane 1s hereby fired for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement and all objeetione thereto and for determining the method of payment for the improvement. 3:That the Commissioner of Public Work,ie hereby directed to submit to the City Connell at or prior to said date all data and information required by lbw to be submitted. • 4:That the coat and expense Of eald improvement Shall be borne by and assessed egainet the property liable therefor as provided • by law.
