The regular Admin.trance Session of Lhe <br /> City Council was held March 17th,1921 at 10:30 A.Y.with Mayor <br /> Clay in the Chair,and Co®Sss100ers Turner and Williams present <br /> at roll call. <br /> On motion minutes approved as of record. <br /> Moved by Turner,seconded by Clay that the <br /> b111 of Julius Boettner in the sum of$10.00 and of the Great <br /> Northern topreee Co.,in the sum of$180.72 are hereby allowed <br /> end ordered laid. <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> Moved by Williams,seoonaed by Turner that <br /> the City Engineer is hereby directed to make a survey of forest <br /> L.
