The regular Administrative Session of the City Cluncilsas held Aug..22nd,1921,at 10:30 A.2.with Mayor Clay in the Chair,and Commissioners Turner and Williams present at roll Cl motion minutes approved as of record. Uoved by Williams,seconded by Turner that the hearing on the proposed improvement of Grand Avenue be postponed until Auguet 29th,1931,and that the matter be referred to the City Attorney for opinion regarding the legality of the proposed improvement assessment. Carried Unanimouely. leaved by Williams,seconded by Turner that the bill of E.B.Hall in the sum of 211.00 is hereby allowed and ordered paid. ' Carried Unanimouely. ' Moved by Turner,eaoonded by Williams that PerMi..iOn be granted to C.Mariner to occupy a space Cl the parking strip at 2929 Rucker Avenue on payment orates agreed to by the Commissioner of Finance. Carried Unanimously.
