Resolution F0.2959-by Turner <br /> WHEREAS,a special Municipal election was • <br /> held in the several precincts of the City of Everett Saturday <br /> Deoember 2nd,1922,for the purpose of submitting to the qualified <br /> electors of said city for approval or rejection an ordlnauoe prop- <br /> icing that Section 122 of the city Charter of the City of Everett <br /> be amended to read as follows:"For the building and maintenanos �, <br /> of bridges in Everett not exceeding two mills,'said proposal <br /> appearing on the ballots of said election ae Proposition lb.1 and, <br /> WHEREAS,at said election there was submitted <br /> by ordinance No.2051 a proposal for adoption or rejeotiom by the <br /> qualified elector,of said city that Ordinance No.1877 of said <br /> city be amended eo es to permit other lands in lieu oft hose <br /> paroele designated in Section 1 of Ordinance We.1877 be purchased <br /> or condemned for a bathing beach,said proposal appearing on the <br /> ba,lote at eald eleotion as Proposition Ho.2 and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of said city on the <br /> 7th day of December 1922,duly canvuseed the returns of said elect- <br /> ion,now therefore,the City Council of the City of Everett finds <br /> and determines the following to be the result of Said election. <br /> In Favor of Propoeltion No.1 927 <br /> Against Propoeitlon No.1 804 <br /> For Proposition No.2 757 <br /> Against Propoeition No.2 1.681 <br /> Ba IT FURTHER RES01000 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />
