That the City of EVarett re-affirma its desire to co-operate with the Everett Port Commissior,The Everett Chamber of Commerce,and Everett Induetriee in a ples,for the dredging of the mouth of the Snohomish River to the extent of freeing the river at and near its mouth of sand 1,02 100 debris,up stream as far as the plant of the Everett Paper 0111 at Lowell,or as near that point ae can be made practicable out of funds that can be zade available for such purposes by action of Congress. That the said otty re-affirme its request to the United States Government to direct Its Engineering Department to take the necessary steps to accomplieh the proposed object of okearing the Snohoraieh River and all navigable rivers of Puget Sound territory by means of iredg'ng the stew.
