This being the day fixed for the hearing on <br /> the assessment roll Of Looal Improvement District No.380,the <br /> City Clerk stated that no objection or objeotions had been filed <br /> by any person br oereons to said assesement roll and the Mayor <br /> ,eked if there was any person present who desired to object to said <br /> assessment roll and It appearing that to objection CO objection. <br /> of any kind wore filed against said assessment roll end that there <br /> NON no person present who objected to said roll and the City Council <br /> having examined said assessment roll and no member of the Council <br /> having any objection thereto or desiring to change said assessment <br /> roll in say way,on motion mote by Williams,and seconded by Clay <br /> the City 41torney was instructed to prepare an ordi,anoe confirming <br /> and approving said assessment roll. <br /> Carried. <br /> Cl motion 0000,1 adjoureed.at 11:00 R.M. <br /> oLty <br />
