RESOLUTION H0,3092 Headlee-Skith, Whereas,the City Treasurer has filed with the City Clerk a statement showing the total amount paid in LLD 4393 during the cash 2ay9131 period was$10,964.88;end the Dotal unpaid to be$48,934,37, •now therefore, BE IT.SOLVED HY TUE CITY COUNCIL OF EVERETT: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue a.warrant to the City Treasurer on said fund in the sum of$8,100.00 to the'Water Department an account water bill and a warrant in the sum of$1,272.00 to cover Fixed Estimate Clerk and Treace • ur r;and a warrant in the sum of$2,045.32 to cover the Engineers Faxed Estimate.
