The Hearing on LID.'e Ho.406 0407 haying been continued Cion October Mind aid this being the deg fixed for the hearing on the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District Mo.jai the City Clerk etated that no objection or objections had been filed hy any hereon or persons to Said asseesment rolls and the Mayor asked illif there was any person present who desired to object to said eallesement rolle and it appearing that no objection or objectione uf any kind were filed a— against eicid.asseesment rolls and that there wadno person present who objected to said rolls and the City Council having examined oaid assessment rolls and no member of the Council having any objection thereto or desiring to change said assesement rolls in any way,on motion made by Martin and seconded 19 Readies the Ci19 Attorney was instructed to prepare an ordinance confirming and...proving maid assesiment rolls. Carried Unanimously. Moved by Beadles,seconded by Martin.that the Mayor and City Clerk be and hereby authorised to execute a release of claim against 3.D.Baker. Carried Unanimously.
