• November 25,1924 The Regular Administrative Seseaon of the City Council was held Novanber 25,1924 at 10:30 a.m.with Mayor Smith in the Chair,Commissioners Readlee and Martin present at roll call. RESOLUTION N0.3114 Smith-Martin Whereae,the City Treawurer haw filed with the City Clerk a statement showing the total amount paid in L.I,D.#401 during the sash pay- . ment period was$1622.73;end the total unpaid to be$9,359.8O,now therefore, HE IT RESOLVED EY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: ' That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directedto issue a warrant to the City Treasurer 1n the sum of$327.00 for Clerk's and Treasurer's Fixed Estimate;a warrant to the City Treasurer in the sum of$471.80 for Engineer's Fixed Estimate;a warrant to the Water 1' Department(Bill#2176)in the sum of$1122.75. And to the Contractor on Deoember 15th,1924 Bonds in the sum of$9,061.06. Carried Unanimously. RESOLUTION 150.3115 Smith-Martin Whereas,the City Treasurer haw filed with the City Clerk a etotement Fatting the total amount paid in L.I.D.#402 during the cash pay- ment period nae$9,108.34;and the total unpaid to be$25,038.32,now therefor FE IT RESOLVED HY THE CITY COUNCIL OB THE CITY OF EVERETT That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue a warrant to the City Treasurer on said fund in the sum of t, $726.00 to cover Clerk k Treasurer's Fixed Estimate;and to the City Treasurer a warrant in the sum of$1579.69 to cover Engineer's Fixed Estimate;and to /_ The Water Department(Bill 2177)a warrant in the sum of$2931.40;and to the ContractorM.warrant in the sum of$1873.27.
