RESOLUTION N0.3136 Martin-Headlee WHEREAS,The City Treasurer hats filed with the City Clekk a statement 6006104 the total 6..208 paid in L.I.D.4412 during the oath payment period wee♦422.93;ext.the total amount unpaid t0 be$1,033.92,now therefore, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL WH THE CITY OH EVEREST: That the Mayor and City Clark are hereby directed and auth- orized to issue a warrant to the City Treasurer on said fund in the sum of 8254.15 to covesEngineer's Nixed Estimate;also a warrant an said fund in the sum of$143.00 tp cover Clerk&Treseurer's fixed Estimate;and a warm. to Contractor on said fund in the sum of 826.46 end on Welch 16th,1925 Donde to be issued to Contractor in the CIM of$1,033.92.
