<br /> WHEREAS the City Charter of the City 01Everett.providee for holding a
<br /> Municipal Primary Enection two weeks prior to the General Election,fOr
<br /> the purpoee of nominating candidates for offices of Commissioner of
<br /> Finance,Commissioner of Safety and Commiaaioner of Publio 50,113, said
<br /> General Election to be held December 5th,1931,and,
<br /> WHEREAS it le necessary that the said election be held in the several
<br /> precincts of the City of Everett,at which time the electors of the
<br /> said City may vote for the persons who have filed their declaration of
<br /> candidacy for the various officee,and,
<br /> WHERE.the consolidation of precincts a.the use of voting machines
<br /> 5101 effect an economy and saving of expenee in holding said election,
