<br /> THAT,WHEREAS,on the 4th day of January,1932,Mr.Albert Helander, III
<br /> State Examiner,now checking the affairs of Everett,Washington,reported in the
<br /> safe of-the City Treasurer of Everett,Washington,certain Local Improvement
<br /> Honda"in the sum of 417,736.49,',held for water eyetem fond in safe and not appear'
<br /> ing in cash:"
<br /> AND WHEREAS said bands are the property of Everett,Washington,having I Ali
<br /> been acquired by said Water System of Evorett as pay for laying out and extending
<br /> water ins In the City of Everett under Local Improvement District regulations, Fl
<br /> and should have been credited to said Water Eyetem of Everett,Washington.

<br /> That,Whereas,a certain agreement of Everett,Washington,with the
<br /> Puget Sound Pulp&Timber Co.,a corporation,of date of Mesoh 17,1931,wherein
<br /> aid Everett,Washington,agreed to pharge said Puget Sound Pulp&Timber Co.,a
<br /> minimum of*5,600,00 per month for water for the twelve months beginning March 1, •
<br /> 1931,and ending Farah 1,1932:and,
<br /> 44 Whereas,sold Puget Sound Pulp&Timber Co.,has requested an exten-
<br /> sion oI acid contract and presented facts,justifying the granting of such exten-
<br /> sion from March 1,1932 to March 1,1933,and _ v
<br /> Whereas,the Advisory Commission consisting of Mr.Robert Moody,Mr.
<br /> Frank L.Cooper,and Mr.H.W.Stuohell,sitting with all City Commlsefoneve
<br /> heard and considered the request of said Puget Sound Pulp&Timber Co„and have
<br /> grseed that the beet interests of the City of Everett would be beet ooveerved by
<br /> anting said extenelon:
<br /> Therefore,the Mayor of Everett,and City Clerk of Everett,for and in
<br /> 1 behalf of the City of Everett,are hereby authorised and directed to sign a con-
<br /> tract granting said extension,ea may be prepared or approved by the City Attorney
