<br /> Minutee of March 10th,1932 read and approved ea of record.

<br /> Moved by Ericson,ascended by Edwards,that this being the date set
<br /> for the hearing on the proposed vacation of the north ten feet of 35th Street,bet-
<br /> . weer.Colby and Ranker,and the south ten feet of 35th Street,between Colby and
<br /> Rucker,and there being no one present preaenting ebOeetioae thereto,and the aeatere
<br /> of the City Council having no exception to take to sueh vacation,and deeming that
<br /> 1 the same would not be contrary to public interest,does hereby direct the City •
<br /> Attorney to prepare an Ordinance vacating the above property.
