C _ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY ON EVERETT;WASHINGTON, $ I '� That the City Clerk of Everett be instructed to advertise for bide for repairs to be made to the Draw-Rest of the Everett Avenue Bridge according to plans and specifications now on fide in the City Engineer's Office.reference to whice made for further particulars.and which said man and plans and specifications shell govern said repairs and to which ldere are referred t0 for particulars. Said bide are to be filed in accordance with the charter and ordinances of the City of Everett. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified 0.01 payable to the order of the City of Everett in a env of not lees than five per cent of the bid.and no bid is to be considered.unleee accompanied by much check.
