RESOLUTION NO. 6401 �,,�`' <br /> A RESOLUTION waiving public bidding requirements and approving a so e source <br /> purchase of LifePak LP 15 Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillators from Physio-Control. <br /> WHEREAS,the City has the need to replace Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillators currently in <br /> use by EMS; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City has standardized on Physio-Control LifePak Monitor/Defibrillators <br /> to maintain consistency in training and familiarity with equipment for all personnel; and <br /> WHEREAS, LifePak Monitor/Defibrillators are only available directly from Physio- <br /> Control when purchased for fire department use; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Everett that <br /> because there is clearly and legitimately only one source capable of supplying LifePak <br /> Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillators; the City hereby waives competitive bidding requirements <br /> and authorizes the purchase of LifePak LP 15 Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillators from <br /> Physio-Control, Inc. <br /> Councilp rson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 29 th day of June ,20 <br /> ...-------7:2• till 1-t%ellik- <br /> C <br /> Air 40 <br /> Co it President <br />
