<br /> FE IT RESOLVED HY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT,

<br /> two o'clock antemeridian of the first Sunday in May,of the year 1933,the Standard
<br /> Time of the City of Everett shall be advanced one hour,ant continued to September

<br /> HE IT EURTHET RESOLVED:
<br /> That If the time provided for above be accepted as the Standard Time
<br /> of the City of Everett,it shall govern the opening and closing of all city public
