<br /> HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT,WASHINGTON:

<br />.01. er,Chas.E.Costello,to take and enter upon the preliminary stege neces.my to the
<br /> making of a survey of traffic,condition.existing 1n said City at a total coat of
<br /> not to exceed 8125.00 to the said City of Everett,for the purpose of enamelling data
<br /> for statistical use in said State of Washington and the United States Government,
<br /> the greater part of the expense of which is to be borne by the Said State aid Nation,.
