The Regular Administrative Seeeion of the City Council wee held on ler February 3rd,1936,10 A.M.,Mayor Edwards in the Chair,Commissioners Spencer and Williams present at roll call. Minutes of Sanuary 31st,1936,read and approved as of record. Bond and oath of office of lase H.Davie,City Attorney,was reported to be on file,in the office of the City Clerk. Moved by Spencer,seconded by Edwards to call for bids on.six 6" fire hydrante,bide to be opened February 18th,1936,at 10 A.M. Carried unanlmouely. Moved by Sp nce,seconded by Willlame to adopt Resolution No.4069 as follows: "RBE,:LUTIOH M0.4069.
