Carried. Moved by Williams,seconded by Spencer,that Resolution No.4141 be Clerk. adapted as follows. *RESOLUTION NO.4141. WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Everett has determined and does hereby determine that Walnut Street from Everett Avenue to the North City limits of the City of Everett,by reason of the exist- ing condition of eeid street,will be greatly damaged by the use or continued u of said street by trucks,with the groee weight inolud- ing weight of truck and of load,in emcee°of 12,800 pounds.
