RESOLUTION!D.4519. : HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EVERETT,WASHINGTON: ,,,I 1 THAT: It is the intentionofthe City Council to order the improvement.,., EI eof Hewitt Avenue from Grand Avenue to brick pavement West of Nassau Street,by removal of old wood blocks end center strips of existing .e concrete pavement,construction of o e Portland Cement Concrete Pavement,new installation of repairing concrete sidewalks as found 1 necessary,installation of sec a ardrainageend doing ell,other work ary in connection therewith tomake a complete eS beeement,all ,' in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer. That all persons who may desire to ab,�ect thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City snail to I be held in the City of Everett,at 1000 o'clock A.M.on the 7th day of .31fi- ,1937,which time and place is hereby fired for hearing 11 mattersrelatingto said proposed improvement and COl objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment for the Improvement. 3.
