Minutes of December 20th,1937 reed are approved. --- lMved by Edwards,seconded by Speiser to refuse the affer of Mrs.Alfred Kick to purchase Lots 7 and 8,Block 369 Division L for 8200.00 ceah. Carried unanimously. --- Moved by Spencer,seconded by Edwards to acoapt the offer of Abe Kosher to pay 31000.00 cash for Lots 12 and 13 Block 614 Ruchere Oat Addition. Carried unadimously. --- Moved by Spencer,seconded by Edwards to accept the offer of Pheam Boyle to purchase Lots 1A,1 and 2,Block 600 Plat of Everett for 81650.00, 3200.00 Woe and 320.00 per mo.at 7%interest on balance. Carried unanimously. --- Moved by Spencer,seconded by Williams to adopt Resolution No. 4329 as follows: " RESOLUTION ND.4329.
