Moved by Spencer,seconded by Williams to adopt Resolution No.4342 • ea Pol law a: " RESOLUTION LN.4342. • BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF'IBE CITY OF EVEREST: THAT the payroll for LABOR ON 28"700DPIPE WPA PROJECT#3198 end ' W.O.5597,having been audited,be,end the same is hereby approved BOB• ordered paid,and the City Clerk end the Mayor are hereby author- ised end directed to issue warrents on the Water Lepertment Fund in Payment thereof in the amount of 3158.38." • Carried unanimously.
